Return Policy

Before you return a product you MUST contact us first. Please use our contact form to let us know you would like to return product.

If you do not get confirmation via email about returning a product first, your order will be returned to you with no refund issued. For all products, we are unable refund any shipping charges unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

We are unable to refund any taxes or duties you had to pay in your country.

Returns are accepted for new, unopened merchandise within thirty days of purchase. A refund will be issued for the purchase cost of the merchandise. We are unable to refund shipping costs. Product MUST reach us within 30 days of when you purchased the order.

Returns after the 30 days must be in new unopened condition with all packaging included and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Return shipping costs and any applicable insurance costs are the responsiblity of the customer . Refunds will be issued only after we have the items back in our possession.

We are unable to accept return merchandise 60 days after your purchase date.

This means the product MUST be in our possession within 60 days of purchase in order to be accepted as a return. Please use the appropriate shipping method in order to make sure the product arrives in a timely manner.
